Your blog is beautiful. I came here looking for why the moon turns pink, and I ended up staying and reading. Your writing is lovely, and your memories of family are touching. I teared up a couple of times, and am just grateful for this unexpected bit of beauty today.

What a wonderful post.
I also could find nothing aside from Pink Floyd and Nick Drake… and then this popped up. I’m always looking for reasons behind the natural phenomenon we occasionally see. Every so often you learn something that is just so mindbogglingly strange and brilliant, that I feel like an explorer in search of treasure.

I usually read a person’s blog before I follow through Blog Frog…and when I checked yours I found we had some things in common….being a stay at home mom, and also a grandma..they are my greatest joy too. I also like to read…..please check out my blog (www.beaderbubbe.blogspot.com) and I hope you will follow me too….I related to your blog about your dad…..I too didnt know mine that well or at least I thought I did, but that’s a long story….I like to blog about happy things. I am a southern girl too, and I have noticed that southerners have very interesting family stories many times…very colorful and enduring. :)
