Random Thoughts

These are random thoughts too small for a blog and yet worthy of asking the universe….WHY.

Why do we say one thing when we mean another? What has happened to our ability to communicate? Did it fly out the window with the advent of tv? The art of conversation is no more, what happened?

Did you ever step outside in the morning when the day was new and all was quiet? Your breath taken away by the beauty and solitude of it, and you knew in your heart that there was something greater than you behind the design and for just a moment all was right with the world.

Children: it’s a good thing they’re cute and funny because otherwise we might change our minds.

Dogs: it’s a good thing they’re cute and funny because otherwise we might change our minds.

Husbands: it’s a good thing they’re cute and funny because otherwise we might change our minds.

Have you thought about the fact that we live in a world where parking in a driveway and driving on a parkway makes sense to people.

When you buy a pair of pants, do you really have a pair. The definition of pair is 2 and 2 legs does not make 2 pants. Why call it a pair?

When camping, never tell your children that a tent is waterproof as long as you don’t touch it on the inside …. while it’s raining.
